XXVII supports a 7-day returns policy. If you wish to return a purchased product for any reason, please return to us within 7 days of receiving and we will issue you a refund. All returns must be in the condition you received them in with the original box and/or packaging and the manufacturer tags where applicable. Products that have been opened and used, and without original packaging and manufacturer tags will not be eligible for returns or refunds. For all returns unrelated to damage or warranty issues, the cost of shipping and handling is your responsibility and we shall deduct shipping costs from your refund. Additionally, for all returns unrelated to damage or warranty issues, a transaction fee of 0.6% will be deducted from the total value of your purchase.
Please note that some products are not eligible for returns as clarified in the product description page.
Instructions for making a return:
When returning a product, please follow the following steps to ensure that the product does not get damaged during transport, otherwise your product will not be eligible for return or refund. The same shipping box must be used for re-packaging and the original shipping tag from the courier service must be showing on the box. Please contact our Customer Service team and we will arrange for courier service pick-up from your delivery address.
After receiving a returns package, we will check if you meet all the returns requirements and we proceed to process your refund. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once we finalize your refund.
We will refund you based on your payment method. Depending on which payment method used, refund times may vary:
Alipay and WeChat: 3-5 business days.
Chinapay: 3-5 business days.
Credit card: At least 10-15 business days.
